I use this band for 5 minutes before every chest day to warm up my shoulder and it works great, fits low profile in my duffle bag. If it snaps or gets stolen I'd buy this one again.

It works and it's cheap, seems durable too. Don't waste your money with expensive bands when you can get these for a third maybe a fourth of the cost.
