I love that you are offering Fine Kosher Salt in this canister for baking needs. I love Diamond Crystal kosher salt, as so many chef friends I know do too. It's a great tasting salt and a healthier kind of sodium. Used up my blue box brand cleaning all my cast iron pans. I only eat this brand now. I love Fleur de sels and Himalyan salts too, but this will be wonderful for holiday baking season. Mine is arriving today. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

I always use kosher salt for baking sourdough bread and the fine crystals have been a game changer. If you use kosher salt highly recommend this brand

The salt is VERY fine, so watch out when you shake the shaker. The taste is really good, mildly salty (of course), but not overly and from what I've read it is free of microplastics and heavy minerals. We use it at the table, food on the stove, and in baking.
