Great scooter with some acceleration bugs
Love it! I have a cheap GoTrax for quick runs or riding in sketchy areas. I save the Segway for long rides or round trips. So far it’s been a dream! App is very useful and gives an estimate of remaining ride time and miles left on charge.Lots of great settings in the app. Recover some charge during braking, eco vs sport/drive mode for longer rides vs faster acceleration. I get about 25 miles a charge even when I was pushing 225 pounds.Only complaint is the speed dial gets stuck on sometimes. So I end up accelerating longer than wanted. I prefer to let my scooter decelerate over time instead of braking. So this is a safety hazard! But not severe enough to try and get a repair. Also it tends to stay accelerated even if I pump the speed or brakes sometimes so it ends up bucking forward without me.One other complaint: it refuses to go if tilted at too steep of an angle. My GoTrax will give it a fair go but the Segway shuts off even if I push assist with a foot. So be prepared to walk it up hills.

Just buy from big named brands please
You honestly just need to buy from big name brands like Segway. Their products are great especially the F2 scooter. The weight isn’t too bad and the size isn’t bad either you can fit it in your trunk or in your garage. The battery life is great I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and haven’t needed to charge it yet AND you can pick on the app what the max charge should be so you can make the battery health last longer. The functionality is great I love the safety features such as the app, the turn signals, the brake and front lights are bright and light up the way a good amount. I also love that the motor starts when you kickstart the scooter (you have to have the scooter in motion to use the motor which is a great safety feature). The value for money is also great, yeah it’s a bit expensive but you’re getting a quality scooter.

Nice scooter
Bought this bike for my brother for work and it is great. Very lightweight and easy to carry around. Simple to put together. Rides smooth with different a wide range of speed. Long lasting battery life, and easily folded.

Buggy unusable app
The app stopped being able to connect to the scooter with no option to unlock without the memorized code. After unlocking the app was never able to connect again. Absolutely do not buy this product, the software side is buggy and will leave you stranded.

Perfect upgrade - I feel like a bird in flight
This was my upgrade to F25 after considerable research. I'm so happy with this new scooter. I'm a 205lb mildly overweight but muscular man and this carries me EASILY up decent hills in sport mode with a smooth and pleasant ride. The handlebars are wider, battery life is SIGNIFICANTLY improved, and it has enhanced safety features like wider handlebars. Easy to assemble. Better range too. No need to spend more than this. It's a delight to ride and has greatly improved my day to day scooting experience!

Well Made, Really Goes, Wish It Stopped Better
The Segway F2 Pro is my second scooter. My first one was a Macwheel MX Pro. It was a lot of fun until one day, it just didn't want to charge anymore. That was after about 2 years of infrequent use. The MX Pro had a 350W motor and struggled to take my 225 lb frame up 5º inclines. It had a loose handlebar riser that I could not tighten, but I got used to it.Since that was my only experience with e-scooters, I had no idea what a really well-made one was like. Until now. The Segway F2 Pro is night and day different. This scooter's quality of construction is so far above the Macwheel that it is not even close. Power is great too. What I like most:- Power. The 450W motor has an extra 100W over most scooters which are rated at 350W, but it also has a 900W peak that really helps get me up inclines. The thing just keeps accelerating up a hill that I used to have to ride up diagonally with the Macwheel. In the power department, this thing is more than ample for me.- Lights/Turn signals. The switch for the signals is well made and conveniently placed. The signal lights are very bright and can be seen from the front or rear. The headlight and taillight are bright and very functional. The taillight glows/flashes when charging to indicate it is accepting the charge.- Display. Simple and easy to see, showing speed, mode, and battery SOC. Bright enough to see in daylight.- Deck. Good size with plenty of room for my feet.- Handlebars. They are wide and the scooter is easy to steer and control.- Suspension/Tires. There is a front shock absorber and the tires are air filled. This makes it absorb most road imperfections. I have a sharp entry on my driveway that was always a sudden shock I had to prepare for with my old scooter. I can't even feel anything when going over it now. It's crazy how much better it is.- Security. I love that it shows up in the "Items" list on the FindMy app on iPhone. I hope I don't have to use this feature, but it's a good feeling that it's there. What I like the least:- Brakes. It takes a while to bring the scooter to a stop. I have regen braking on "Strong" too. I did adjust the brake cable to get maximum squeeze. One star deducted for this.- Weight. It's a bit heavy, at 40 lbs. Not a deal breaker for me but if you frequently fold it up and go up stairs or on and off public transports, it could be a deal breaker for you. I'd rather have a rigid structure that's heavy than a flimsy one that's lightweight, so a good trade for me.I would expect the Segway to be better than the scooter I had because it costs more, but to me, it is worth the extra money, especially if it lasts a long time. I hope it does.Overall, it's a very good scooter and I am pleased. If it could stop as well as it goes, I'd give it 5 stars. Still, I recommend it.

Solid, Fast, and Built to Last – Not a Toy!
Simply awesome. We bought this scooter for our 12-year-old son, and right out of the box, you can tell it’s the real deal. This is not some flimsy, lightweight toy—it’s solid and well-built.I’m 6'2" and 215 lbs, and it easily gets up to 22 mph with no problem—and just as impressively, it stops just as quickly. It handles really well and feels incredibly stable at speed.I’d absolutely recommend this scooter, but be aware: it’s definitely adult-sized. My son is 5'2" and it took him a little time to get comfortable riding it. I wouldn’t recommend it for younger or smaller kids—it’s powerful and not meant to be a toy.Great purchase overall. Totally worth it.

good quality portable e-scooter
Perfect e-scooter for a city or a suburb! It looks nice and rides smoothly. It's suspension able to absorb small bumps quite well. The scooter is light-weight and portable enough to carry it upstairs/downstairs. it fits into the trunk of almost any car. Max speed is slightly above 20 mph. Battery live is more than 3 hours at 15-20 mph. In eco mode it runs all day long. Very good quality and very comfortable vehicle!
