I purchased this band after another makers watchband sacrificed itself saving my watch. It was the only plastic part and it gave way. I needed something all metal that protected the watch from hitting door knobs and other obstacles in my daily routine. This band is all metal and closes with a positive click. The folding metal latch has safety tabs on the side which are pressed to open. The bare watch module easily installs. It fits into the case with a positive snap and protects the bezel of the watch by curving over the watch by a very small amount, not obstructing any of the information, and leaving all controls accessible. I have hit this watchband and NOT the watch many times and the watch remains pristine. It comes with a tool to help remove links or move the clasp pins to a new location. As for size, I have big wrists and it fits me fine. Back in the day, when I was sucessful and money was more abundant, I wore Rolexs and it cranked me up to have to buy an extra link paying upto $650. This band was extra roomy and I had to remove a link with the provided tool. The band resists scratching and keeps a like new look. There is only one issue with band and it has to do with the weight of the metal band. On a nightstand charger like the one pictured the weight may cause the watch to tilt away from the charging surface. You can play around and see if the magnet holds or place something under the band in the back to hold it up. This is a minor problem and doesn't detract from the desirability of this super well made watch band. Heartily recommended for all Apple Watch wearers.

Been looking for a nice band to put on my 7 series. Tried one of the cheaper plastic versions of this, but it just didn't look right when out on dinner dates. After much searching, I found this one. It is perfect, finish on it is excellent. It's just the right amount of weight to it. Hardest part was taking out a couple of links in it. It comes with the necessary tool to remove the pins. Just my fingers aren't that nimble as they use to be. Just hoping that the finish holds up.

The quality of the band is great overall, but the crown button got pulled off when I was taking a backpack off. It has a bulky design and got caught on the shoulder strap. Hope they sell replacement buttons.

Nice solid feel. Makes the Apple Watch feel more substantial. You know you are wearing a watch. I have smaller wrists and it doesn’t look too big or bulky. I took a chance and I’m totally satisfied with this. Totally worth to protect the investment.
