Awesome set. Very cool leather accessories: long leather belt with decoration, leather arm bands that lace up. Pants fit a large man very well and so comfortable. Bottom of the pants has laces as well. Elastic waist. This costume will work for a Pirate, Medieval Man, Renaissance Man, Viking Man, or many other period costumes with the right accessories. Sleeves can be worn full length or 3/4 quarter with sleeves rolled up and a strap to secure the rolled hem.

My husband is 5'10' 230lbs and wears a 2XL shirt so the 2xl fit perfect. In pants he is usually an XL but these were fine because they have an elastic waist and a draw string. He said he was super comfortable and the shirt was his favorite part. The belt is super long and you could cut it if you had to but I sort of tied it like a tie and it didn't get in his way. The detail on the leather pieces is really nice. The forearm pieces didn't fit him too well but he does have big forearms so we just tied them super tight. We added a wooden bow and arrow to complete the look and it was perfect. When your kids want you to be a fairy hunter you must look the part..

I ordered this as part of my husband's costume. The shirt was fine, it fit him and he wore it for almost 12 hours without a problem. The pleather arm stays and belt were too new looking so I used some conditioning oil to remedy that, no problem. The pants were our only issue. The crotch seam ripped within 5 minutes of him trying them on. Thankfully it was months before we actually needed the costume so I had time to reinforce the stitching (I actually sewed extra fabric onto the inseam for stability) Overall, the costume worked well for us and he looked amazing, and was comfortable the whole day and night, even over the dark hills of Tara and the pubs of Navan.

Looked great and much higher quality than expected! Especially the shirt and accessories. I'm 5' 7" with a larger torso and the medium size fit me perfectly. The only problem I ran into was the leather belt being folded in the packaging instead of wrapped in a circle, so it was a bit of a pain to straighten it out. Otherwise, no complaints. I'd recommend getting a pouch or some other kind of storage for your belongings. The pants have pockets (and a flexible waistband with tie string), but anything big and heavy like a phone has a very visible outline.

I purchased this for a Ren faire, and I did cheap out in terms of speed so I knew I wouldn't be getting super high quality. The shirt looks good and is comfortable, though on the 2x could have been a little longer, the belt is fine, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality on the bracers. They're sturdy, smelled liked real leather, and weren't uncomfortable; some loose stitching here and there, so the construction could be better but all in all, pretty good. The pants however did not hold up, wearing them and walking around the fair for one day caused several holes to develop in the crotch that just got bigger through the day. Everyone was thin enough for Florida Ren faire weather so depending on where you're located that will be a plus. For the price, this would honestly be a 5 star review if not for the pants.

Great costume, I use it for going to a renaissance festival. Fun seeing how many other people are wearing it too in the same or different colors. Add some boots and maybe a fake weapon and you're set!

We were impressed with the quality of the material including the accessories. Husband chose large and was spot on with the bottoms. The shirt could have been a bit looser but still fit well. All in all, this was a great purchase for a quick simple costume for my husband. A Renn Fest quickie look that fits right without appearing like a cheap costume. Will come back afterward to upload a clip and let you know about the comfort factor, althoug feeling the material it looks like it will do just fine.

For reference, I'm about 5' 11" , approximately 145 Ibs Pretty awesome that this set comes with almost everything that you need to pull off a fairly convincing nordic/viking cosplay. The only thing that you really HAVE to add on to this would be some kind of footwear. I used this as my base layer and added a few accessories to dress it up and bring my entire costume together. Overall, this is a steal for the value of what you get. Granted, I have a few notes on the contents because it's not perfect. 1. The shirt itself is really cool, probably my favorite aspect of the costume. I got the dark green version and it was very comfortable. One thing that was a bit confusing was the sizing. You can't select individual sizes for the shirt or the pants, they come as a set. So I got the mediums. I washed the items when they arrived and the shirt itself fits fine, but is almost a little too short. To me, a shirt of this style should be a little bit baggy. But it's fine. The material is pretty breathable as well, and having buttons on the sleeves to keep your sleeves rolled was a nice feature. 2. The Pants remind me of a cross between joggers/thin pajama pants. They have an elastic band that you can cinch down. For me, the mediums were a bit too baggy. It felt like my shirt was a little too small and pants were a little too big, but the worked out fine. The cinch at the bottom of the legs for me didn't do too much since the pants were already a little too baggy. They have pockets, so that was convenient. Sometimes you never know if a costume will have pockets, but thankfully these did and they were rather large so you can fit your personal items in them. 3. The gauntlets were fine, PU leather and looked pretty cool. They are very stiff and can be a bit uncomfortable shifting and spinning around on wrists. The color of the gauntlets themselves also did not match the color of the belt that came with this set, so that was odd. I actually used some brown shoe polish to darken them a little bit. I recommend at least trying the stretch and bend the gauntlets a little to get the stiffness out. 4. The belt is extremely long! I'm a thin guy so it was extremely long. Again, PU leather, kind of cheap feeling. I liked the pattern on the belt just to add a bit of detail. Don't count on this lasting you a long time though, it feels rather cheap and just for looks but it's fine. Thankfully it's pretty easy to trim down if it happens to be too long. Overall : 3.8 out of 5, not perfect but great for a budget costume and a nice base layer that you can add different accessories and such to make it look even better.

This is an awesome purchase! It fit me perfectly, it does run a little small, maybe an inch smaller then the size, but if you order with consideration it is brilliant! All the gear looks authentic and itis exactly what was advertised. Quick deliver to Australia too, consider its flight from overseas. It has modern conveniences too, like button sleeves and pockets in the pants! Highly recommend!!

Honestly, this was value for the money. The pants, tunic, bracers and belt were as advertised. This is a good Halloween costume or entry-level LARP outfit. The tunic would need to be a heavier cloth to be more authentic and robust, but I honestly have no complaints.

I was surprised at the quality of this costume. It was exactly what we needed for an event we were attending.
