Good!
Been using this every few days for the past year in combination with some other things as my 15+ y/o schnoodle boy has exhibited canine dementia since he had a medical emergency back in January. It has been effective for us. I'm seeing him slowly return cognitively. Being a very fine powder, I put his dosage in a gel cap and give fasted 1st thing in the morning, making administering much easier. He still circles some but, overall, that has begun diminishing and he's remembering how to settle and enjoy just sitting and relaxing with me again, which is great for his health. I also give him milk kefir, microgreens, and Standard Process RNA daily. He's doing amazing!

Worked for us
We are on our 2nd bag and I think it’s working. Our 12 year old was definitely struggling and now she’s bright and definitely more alert. She didn’t even seem to know her name, wasn’t settling at night and now all that is gone. I will definitely continue using.

Gives my dog a better night time life.
Not all pets will be positive effected, however mine has been able to sleep better and stay a bit calmer. She is 9 now and has been dealing with Sundowner Syndrome for about 1 and half years. This product has worked better for her than the others.

Buy this!
I started giving this to my 13 year old Frenchie a couple of months ago. Truly, within just a couple of weeks her sundown moments pretty much disappeared. She jumps out of bed to go potty in the middle of the night less often (1-2 nights a week rather than every night, sometimes twice), and her appetite has improved. She likes the taste as well!

I hope this works as well for your dog as it has for mine! Better than gold.
I am so lucky to have an amazing dog in my life. He is a terrier mix, about 35lbs, looks like Benji. He is at least 14 (we've had him 13+ years, but didn't know his age when we got him, other than young adult). When I decided to start the cognitive powder, my dog had developed anxiety, was having accidents in the house, and his physical condition was declining. I figured it was worth a shot to invest in this product after reading the reviews. We started to notice a big difference after just a few weeks, and fast forward over a year later and no one believes me when I say my dog is a senior. He is still an old man, but has a pep in his step, will once again run around with joyful abandon, hikes for several hours, no more accidents, much less anxiety, and he just seems happier all around. I work for a vet, and did not tell anyone that I was trying this because I wanted to see if they noticed a difference. They cannot believe how great he is doing. Is this the same dog?! I know that sounds overly dramatic, but it is true. I cannot guarantee that this will work for every dog, but for my dog it has made a big difference. And we noticed a change when he was without it for a week. He had an accident in the house, started barking at the wall, and was restless at night. I am grateful for the cognitive powder because I believe it has bought me more time, and importantly, more QUALITY time with my best fuzzy friend. He's a happy guy, and I'm a happy dog mom.

Unreal results!
I was missing the signs of my 16 year olds cognitive decline! Then sadly she had a scary episode of crying out and then running circles around my bed! If I tried to stop her or comfort her she screamed! I had already ordered this so the following night I gave her just half the daily dose and she slept through the night! She is on heart meds so she is peeing a lot and was peeing in the house which is not like her! Now instead of several accidents a day it’s maybe two or three a week! She has been on this for almost a month and I’m beyond satisfied and blessed to have found it! I just mix it in her food and she gobbles it right up! UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER! If my princess misses a dose she wonders around at night and pees on my bed now. I love this product so much! I’m still very happy! The new bag has new ingredients so I’m hoping it still works as well!

Changed their formula — why?
Okay so the first photo is the new pack that I got (maybe I would have returned it had I read the ingredients), and it was my intention of dumping it in the old container I have that is almost empty. I bought the one in the plastic container over a year ago. I have to wonder if shrinkflation or greed did this, but they seem to have changed their formula of both active and inactive ingredients. The old formula for the Inactive Ingredients was Beef Protein Isolate, Chicken Liver, Chicken Protein Isolate, and Whey Protein Isolate. Now the new Inactive Ingredients are Beef Protein, Chicken Protein, Natural Yeast Flavor, and Whey Protein Concetrate. I mean, okay...cutting corners here. But dropping the Eicosaoentaenoic Acid from the Active Ingredients list? That's supposed to help with inflammation and arthritic pain. Something seniors suffer from. I dunno man, it just seems like more greed to cut corners when the old formula works really good for my dogs. I suppose I should wait to dump this powder in there and maybe poke around for something that doesn't seem to be skimping on quality.

I persisted with this for a while hoping my dog would get used to it, but it caused diarrhea for my dog. Had to stop using it.
