My length discrepancy is about 1/2 inch. Before trying this one, I tried the other brand and it worked, the each layer is 1/8 and I had to use more pieces to where I want.With this one, I can use just two of them and since it comes with more pieces, I can put them in more shoes, which makes it very economical.It is very comfortable, repositioning is easy. When I am using just the silicone pieces, I put them under the insole called Summer Sole. (Summer sole doesn’t add any thickness to the insole but provide suede like feel that absorbs sweat. I have been using them for a while in all type of footwear such as sneakers, sandals. )This heel riser sticks on very well and I don’t notice any shifting while walking.I have minor scoliosis and hip arthritis, which I am thinking originated from the uneven hip due to leg length difference. At first, the back muscles had to get used to with the even hip height and I had some discomfort at the end of the day. With this in my shoes, I can stand with both leg straight rather than one bend and it is comfortable.I am ordering the beige color one now but please bring back the black one.

Worked wonders, after discovering one leg was shorter, and my stride was off, making recovery more difficult.After putting one in my shorter leg, there was immediate relief!

The product overall is well made, the material is thick , there’s sticky film to help them stay in place but we didn’t remove the protective material, the value is definitely great for the money. My daughter isn’t experiencing pain they were mainly for build up in one shoe to even out her walk and balance.The heel portion is on the smaller side so they don’t sit comfortably in shoes like Jordan’s. However, they fit well in her new balance.It’s a personal preference… if they had a wider base heel I think they would have been perfect.Due to the fit we returned them because my daughter mainly wears alot of high top sneakers and they were just to small for those shoes.

Easy to use, best used in sneaker type lace up shoes. A little wide for sandals or dress heels. Stays in Place with adhesive strip. Just the right height for me.

My son has one leg that is slightly longer than the other, and makes his lower back hurt occasionally. Our chiropractor recommended these for him to put in his shoes to help straighten his back to reduce the pain. These have a great sticky bottom that attaches easily to the inside of your shoe sole. And since we only need them in one shoe, we have backups for his future shoes. In some cases, you may stack them on top of each other, depending on the severity of the difference in length of the leg, we only needed one for my son. Doing this definitely helped relieve/reduce his back pain and he said they were very concerned on his heel.

These are comfortable, but I give them a 3 star rating because they slide around in the shoe. The sole insert was pushed up along the side of the shoe. There is nothing with the inserts that allow you to attach them to each other or the bottom of the shoe. If you do a lot of walking I don’t recommend these inserts.

Broke my foot and used these to adjust height for other foot while having to wear a boot on the broken one. They worked like a charm!Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked these because they could be layered to the exact height needed and could be removed and added to different shoes.

This specific item was recommended for my husband by his physical therapist. He says they are very helpful in easing the pain in his leg that is shorter than the other. Ask your podiatrist or a physical therapist if they are familiar with these heel inserts.
