Perfect replacement motor for potensic d20 mini quad
Got motors today and had quad back in the air in less than 30 minutes. Worked perfectly. One of the clockwise motors on my potensic d20 quad stopped working. Potensic sent me a replacement quad but i wanted to see if i could fix the broken one. At $2.50 a motor i didnt have much to lose. I measured the motor, found the right size on amazon, and ordered these motors. The fit was perfect and the motor works flawlessly. Repair required removing five screws, removing a couple body parts, soldering off two wires, removing and replacing motor, reinstalling the body work and replacing the five screws. Too easy.

Great motor for an model helicopter
The media could not be loaded. Bought because I wanted to add motorized helicopter to my train set. It was an easy install, and will run for hours if you hook up the battery

These are not 8.50 in diameter
If you are buying these motors on dementions given 8.50x 20.00, these motors will not work . 6.50 in diameter x 20.00.

Fixed my Hubsan h107d drone
Fixed my drone. No way to tell which motors are clockwise or counter clockwise out of the package though…Little taller than my originals but still works.

Best coreless motors you can find!!!
I've tried so many different core-less motors and almost gave up on this project. Luckily I found this set and gave it a try. Installed perfectly on my 3D printed mini quad frame. The quad have a good stability thanks to the power of the 8520 motors. The set of props come with it make the process a lot easier (I don't need to buy a separated set for the quad). After 4 minutes flying with one full charge of 200mah 1S battery, the motors were only lightly warm, not burning hot like the 2S motor set I bought before. Finally I can practice flying indoor!!!
