This book has a lot of drawings and very useful informations about spaces required for different tasks and objects. Also, you can find dimensions of different objects and many other interesting informations. I would recommend it to the students and people who like to have it in their biblioteq for showing it to the kids.

I study interior architecture and design and was taking a furniture design class and decide to create a chair for children. My teacher recommended I buy this book for the basic measurements of a childs chair. This book has almost every basic measurement you can think of!I highly recommend this book to any designer

I was recommended this by the RIBA bookshop in London, but wasn't going to pay the exorbitant price they were commanding for this at the time, I find this a really helpful book, always on my desk for when I have any issues with space planning or layouts.Also, worth checking out is the Metric Handbook: Planning and Design Data - which is infinitely better value and my go-to book for this type of information - Metric Handbook: Planning and Design Data

That's a book every designer should have, great for a handbook/ manual, its useful for beginners, juniors, senior designers, its just a must have.

I bought it as a present for my boyfriend who is into architecture and interior design. This is a basic book everyone who is interested in those fields should have.
