I meant to order the Cayenne Pepper from this brand which we often buy. Not sure how I ordered the wrong thing, but received Turmeric. I really don't like the taste of Turmeric even though I know it is good for you, but this one has changed my mind about the taste. I will go through this jar a lot faster than the one I had in my cupboard forever. I am thankful I ordered wrong :)

I drink a LOT hot chocolate and like to change it up a bit. Having read of many benefits of turmeric I sometimes add it to chocolate drinks. Turmeric has a slightly nutty flavour. I probably don't use enough to experience its healing qualities - yet.

A great product, great taste and not too strong. I would buy it again.

I'm conscious about buying Fairtrade so this product is great. Also, the turmeric is great quality. It has a unique taste as turmeric does and depending how you use it, it takes some getting used to. I use it daily in my golden milk (almond milk, turmeric, coconut oil and agave syrup), in juices, my porridge or a detox drink (hot water, lemon, turmeric, cayenne pepper and cider vinegar). It's great for your health and amongst other benefits it is anti-inflammatory.

When I open the lid, I can smell the original tumeric smell. Good quality.
