We buy this product over and over again for our business. Very reliable. Every once in a while we have one with a slow leak but I would say that’s one out of every 50

If I could this negative 5 stars, I would. Not just for the (lack of) quality of the product, but for the awful customer service. The person I interacted with was downright rude. In the past, when one of these cartridges stops working (and I use when, because it isn't a matter of if, but when), the company would send us a new one. Recently, they have required us to send back the cartridge and then they would refund us partially for the amount of ink left in the machine. Yeah, they didn't do that, and stopped returning my emails. After a while I got fed up and stopped even trying to reach them. Our stamp machine will stop reading the ink cartridge after a short while. Huge waste of money. As much as it sucks, just go for the more expensive brand name ink offered by your stamp machine company. Saves a massive headache

Leaked all over the floor etc. when unwrapped from packaging. Meter says not compatible!!

We began using this brand for our Nepost machine approximately 2 years ago. The cartridges have worked flawlessly, and lasted a very long time. I will definitely stick to this brand.

Cartridge worked fine for maybe 100 - 150 impressions, but then it started printing a blank stripe right through the middle of the impression. Which, of course, is where the value of the postage is.I have yet to find a generic cartridge that works as described. I would spend the money for the OEM ones, but they are sooooo expensive and a hassle to purchase without logging into Hasler's website.
