Good overall, it can be dissolved fairly quickly without any fuzz. The raspberry flavor tastes and smells kinda like the liquid vitamins your momma gave you when you were a kid. Can be easily used during workouts for proven results, since the ingredients are strong enough to be considered as clinically dosed.

I love this product! It tastes just like Chuckie-Cheese fruit punch if you are familiar with it! I find it helps me drink water and recover from my workouts!

Flavor is great, but I would recommend using no less than 32oz of water per scoop. It makes for a good addition to your workout drink instead of just slamming water. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The brand is “Transparent Labs” but they list natural flavors in the ingredient list. So, not transparent but still a good drink mix. Mixes well, small doses, tastes good (subjective but I’m picky).
