I am in my early 50's and have always dry, dull skin prone to breakouts when I get really busy and tired. I got this as a late birthday for myself and use the red light function when I go to bed for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. I have always used super hydrating facial products, but it wasn't until I started using this back in June that I began getting compliments for having "the most glowy, youthful skin". I can only assume it's the LED red light. I have used the green light a few times when I had bad migraines as green light is supposed to help with migraines. The unit is easy to use. I would say the only thing that makes it less than perfect is the very loud beep every time you press a button and when it's done. I am woken up with a start every night once it beeps to let me know it's done, but it's totally worth it.

I like this, you can use it on multiple parts of the body. Hands, arms ( one are at a time), thighs ( one at a time)neck , of course face. It gives me headaches so I drape a towel back over the edge of my forehead. Seems to do the job. I have only used this for 1 month, 2-3 times a week on face, hands ( both ) . 1-2 on thighs. I am 68 yrs old, woman,in good health, good skin.
