Q: could fix for 1 years old baby ?

I think it might be too big. My almost nine year old has this and it falls forward on her head because it's a little big. It is absolutely adorable though! You could get it and try it and save it for her to use when she gets older :)

Q: I would like to know how big this is? Like, size of head it will fit?

My daughter got this ice cream headband when she was 8 and it fit but it kept slipping off her head onto her forehead. She still wore it though because it is so cute! It might be a bit big for a 2 year old. My daughter has a different Goody headband that is the same style but is a peach color with rainbows and that one seems to stay up, for whatever reason.
