This pillow is very comfortable sleeping on back or side. Didn't try laying on stomach. It didn't keep you cool and can get a bit warm. But I have hot flashes so the pot thing doesn't have a chance there.

I love this pillow. I have a deep curve to my neck and most pillow don’t support my neck enough and this takes all the pressure off my neck. You turn on your side and the high sides support holding your face so you don’t slouch down on your pillow. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been using this pillow for three months now. I have neck pain and this pillow is wonderful for that. I only wish it was actually cooling. It feels cool to the touch but, within a minute of my head being on it, it’s so hot. Using a different pillow case helps, but it’s still the hottest pillow I’ve ever used. And because of how it’s made, you can’t flip it to the cool side. That said, I still use it because it works so well for the pain, but I so wish it stayed cooler.

Update:Customer service immediately contacted me after the previous review and sent me a new pillow cover for free. Hope this one will last longer. In any case, their service is highly attentive, quick and fulfilling.Original:After 4 months of use, the button in the middle of the pillow snaps out all the time, until it can't hold even a few seconds... unfortunate.

Love the pillow and the pillow case (so cooling) however both of our pillow cases have started to pull apart. Is there a way to purchase a replacement? Otherwise great pillow.
