If I could give it no ⭐️’s I would. When I first received it I noticed that it was used because it was just sitting in there unprotected and not even wrapped. I decided to try it anyway. It noticed after a week it started dying real fast. It wouldn’t hold a charge. Now it doesn’t even work. Amazon makes it so difficult now to return/exchange items now that Kohl’s isn’t an option anymore.I wouldn’t recommend this product at all. Spend your money somewhere else.

Love how this releases my sore tight neck muscles. The lonely thing I don’t like about this is you have to keep a hold of the straps to keep it firmly on your neck. Great value for the money.

I think this is the best purchase i did in 2023 lol ! My neck and upper back is always in pain due to me always looking down at my phone or laptop and this right here helps so much ! 10/10 recommend im actually upset i didnt purchase sooner !

This is an update to my most recent review. This massager worked really well the first and second time I used it, 2 days apart. On the 3rd day, my skin on my shoulders were sore and burned. I loved it at first but every time I tried to use it, it would still hurt; the 2 posts at the bottom is the problem. The top part was great. The top part gives a great massage but those 2 small posts in the bottom hurt. Maybe I'm just a hopeless case, but I am returning this.

I have really bad shoulders because I work at a desk. I liked the design of this massager and thought it would be perfect for my issues. And it was. I charged it once and used it. I really worked on my shoulder knots and loosened things up. A couple of days later, I tried to use it but it wouldn't turn on. I didn't think it should've needed another charge but I did it anyway. Still nothing. So disappointing. Returned it promptly.

This neck massager moves in a fashion that imitates a person's hand giving you a massage. It's incredible. It charges via USB and travels well. I will buy it again for gifts

Bought this for a Xmas present for my wife. She just opened it and it doesn’t work or take a charge. I am beyond my return period and the seller is unreachable(really non existant) and Amazon won’t do anything to help. I guess I just have to eat the loss. I will definitely be buying more from local vendors and not Amazon.
