I needed coolness on my eyes for my migraines and this out of 3 it got is the best.So cool on me.. Absolutely perfect.Soft without fuzziness on my skin which is another reason it feels great.Very well made on the buckles too.I don’t think being plastic will mater at all.All stitching perfect as well..

Great heating mask with auto shut-off timers and heat options; Dr recommended this model. This wired version came with more features esp. the multiple heat options and multiple auto shut-off timer that the wireless version did not have. Works great for dry eyes, in which Dr. stated more then 50% of her patients have, so this is a great product. Use it every other day or 4 times a week for high heat at 40".

I've used this for a few weeks now and have been happy with it until the plastic buckle melted today. Because others have noted that it melts I have been careful to extend the strap out when heating & usually have it on a paper towel as well, as someone else cited that this helps. It has been perfectly fine in multiple heatings ( I usually even touch the plastic to see if it's hot & it never has been in any of the previous heatings) but today one of the 2 plastic pieced completely melted. Very frustrating.Update: Customer service for the company is wonderful & very responsive so I've upped my rating because of that.

these work great for dry eye relief, it stays warm long enough for treatment of dry eye, and I get the "blurry" vision after, which is GOOD because the warmth helps your eyes release the natural oils in the eye

The eye mask is sealed in the plastic bag and I like it since it’s clean. The mask has a slight smell of lavender, very soothing and relaxing. I like to drop one drop of lavender essential oil on the outside cover to strengthen the lavender scent. (Don’t add it to the inner part based on their description)

I have been searching for a warm compress mask for awhile.This mask is FABULOUS!!The fragrance of Lavender is lovely & light, not overwhelming,Easy to insert the flaxseed & lavender inner packet to heat in the microwave.JUST REMEMBER.....ALWAYS TAKE OUT THE INNER PACKET FROM THE OUTER MASK & HEAT SEPERATE FROM THE COVER...OTHERWISE, YOU WILL RUIN THE OUTER PURPLE COVER WITH THE HEAT!

I have blepharospasm which requires at least 5-20 minutes a day with a moist, warm mask to help control the condition. I have been using the Bruder mask, which is excellent in maintaining heat. However, this mask fits my eye sockets better so it takes the moist warmth to the tear ducts better however, it cools much quicker. It doesn't hold consistent heat. If giving as a gift I would choose this one over the Bruder because of the nice box it comes in and also the royal red mask.

Update: was using the mask for a week now and loving it! It moisturised and not only helps with my eyes problem but I also use it on my sinuses as I have a bad sinusitis - I just flip it upside down and place it at the sides of my nose.My original post: Very luxury looking product and packaging. Works well. I find it best after 1 minute in the microwave. Pleased I purchased it.

This product works decently the only inconvenient is it needs to be microwave each time to use.

It worked fine all these months. It was my fault that I heated a little longer than instructed to. The plastic melted and all the beads inside started pouring out. Otherwise it was a great mask.

Very nice product. Adjustable head strap for accurate fit and comfort. Very soft. Warmed as per directions with no issues. I’ve had a retinal detachment and scleral buckle and now have dry eyes and this has helped quite a bit. First time I used it my eyes were blurry for about a half hour because my eyes released so much oil from my blocked oil gland. I use it every night for about 10-15 minutes or as I go to sleep and I have noticed that my eyes are not near as dry as they were before using this. I am using less eye drops throughout the day sometimes using no drops at all! Seems to be working for me to help keep my oil glands open and secreting the oil my eyes need to feel comfortable. The eye doctor suggested warm compresses and offered me a product in office that was similar but cost $45. Glad I found this for half the price. Pleased with the product and seller.
