Expensive for a reason. They are perfect. The Rolls Royce of adult incontinence briefs. I have 32-34 inch waist and I buy small size. Medium okay but not so snug. Tapes are very strong and will not come away but can be retaped easily.

I have been using products like this for years and I have to say that these are one of the best in my opinion. The main reason is that they don’t break up like others and they are also a good price. I have never had any problems during the night as well. If you haven’t already tried them then give them a go. The ones I have are the plastic ones as the fabric ones are pretty much useless

It is good product. I would recommend it. But due to plastic around outside it is very irritating to your skin. This good for overnight but material is not soft like other products.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this nappy. Its extremely absorbant, very well made, it's comfortable and I can fully rely on no embarrassing leaks. I would compare it closely with northshore megamax, but 30% cheaper. My new go to nappy for sure

Comfortable and absorbent

I have been urinary incontinent for a number of years now. These nappies have a large capacity before they leak. I can usually manage an 8 hour shift without a need to change at work.

Look good, but sized much larger than other makes, and you only find this out over opening so can't return.

This is a carbon copy of Northshore Megamax (top 3 on the market), which leads me to think it’s the same manufacturer. Excellent overall, great fit, best absorption, very large sticky tapes, and elastics everywhere.

Meine Wochenend- Lieblingswindel. Nimmt viel auf, das Material sackt nicht in sich zusammen und bildet ein gel artiges Gefühl. Die Windel quillt ziemlich auf, was ein etwas breitbeiniges laufen erfordert. Ideal für Edgeing. 24 Stunden Tragekomfort, das reale Fassungsvermögen sind 2-2,5 Liter, im Liegen auch etwas mehr.

Kwalitatief matige luier, probeert op megamax te lijken maar komt niet in de buurt qua capaciteit. Voelt snel nat, al met al een slechte aankoop.

Sconsiglio vivamente

Identiek aan een bekend merk, maar dan iets goedkoper. Ideaal voor de nacht.
