It feels absolutely wonderful and was able to get all the knots out of my back. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quality massager. You will not be disappointed.FYI.... If I found it so painful, why did I give it 4 stars? It works well and is simple enough to use. It does “heat up”, but not super warm.You can change the direction of the massagers. I think this is perfect for this type of massage.However, I don’t think I am a fan of this type of massage. I used it for less than 10 minutes and the next day my skin felt like someone had punched me. It didn’t hurt too much whenever I was using it, but the next day it was a different story. I felt like I was beat up by this thing.There are 3 speed levels and it doesn’t seem to get stuck. It’s pretty steady and pushes through those muscles.… a little too much.I gave it to my mom, who initially loved it. Then the next day she told me she hated it and didn’t want it because she also felt the sorenessAnyway, not for us. But works great and it’s cheap. So if you’re into this kind of massage, then it’s the perfect price point for what tou get.

Amazing device! 10/10 would recommend!!This shiatsu massager is brilliant. The straps that comfortably holds your arms allow you to increase the pressure, and position up and down your neck and shoulders. I am so happy that I bought this massaging device. It was worth every cent. I used to ask my husband to rub my shoulders and my back, and he would, but I always knew he couldn’t go on for too long.. His fingers would get sore, and he’d tell me.. 10 mins. Then he would have to give me a warning at 2 mins., that It was almost done.. Well, now I have this massager, and It feels just like human hands massaging my shoulders, back, and neck.. I can even put it on my legs! Anywhere on my body that’s tense.. I use this massager! I find myself saying thank you to this inanimate object!! My husband is happy, b/c he no longer has sore fingers, and he uses it too.. So, both of us get the benefit! I LOVE and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

At first this thing was amazing on both neck and back. Quiet and very effective. Used to remove knots in calf muscles.After 3 or 4 uses it's now making a clinking sound.It is a bit bulkier than expected.

Very easy to use great power and it rests nicely on my shoulders with my hands in the hand rest to push down and apply more pressure if needed it is corded and it seems very sturdy

EDIT: update 12/12/24 seller reached out to offer a refund and sent us a new product within a few days. we just got it yesterday and have not heard the squeaking sound!! will update if anything else comes up, but i’m very impressed by the companies customer service.this thing is amazing. the massage and the heat functions work great and it’s very versatile. has helped immediately with neck and back pain. easy to use - buttons are simple. good value for price. multi speed options.HOWEVER - it makes a loud weird squeaking noise sometimes after maybe 10 uses? it will randomly be massaging and make a noise that sounds like rubber rubbing together very loud for 10-15 seconds or until you push on it. not very relaxing.
