These looked a bit off out of the box. I am in boots all day. Tried test run at home and they were a little uncomfortable in the heel. I immediately pulled them out and pushed down on the edges of the heel and drastic improvement. Next day very comfortable. These are an affordable option that provide support all day. I usually buy $50 inserts that I love but, will definitely purchase these again.

Bought these for my dad who’s been dealing with plantar fasciitis and flat feet, and he said they made a huge difference right away. He wears them daily in his work shoes and mentioned way less foot pain by the end of the day. These inserts have helped absorb the pain of plantar fasciitis that resulted from years of power walking. They fit very well for my shoe size (I didn’t have to cut or adjust them in any way), and are generally comfortable. However, I was surprised that they’re not as thick and cushiony as other brands that I’ve tried in the past. I didn’t have plantar fasciitis back then, but found relief from mild foot pain using a thicker and softer insert. I’m feeling a bit better with the use of these inserts, but it’s a slower process at 55 years of age. I recommend giving these a try; perhaps you’ll have better results.

Perfect size fit for my shoe. Very comfortable, the best insert I have ever bought. I have flat feet and these inserts work perfectly for my condition. Will be buying more to put in more of my shoes!

These seem sturdy, and they actually fit right into my shoes (which in the past I've always had to cut to conform)The problem? They sit so high in the back that my heel instantly just slips right out of the shoe!I haven't seen anyone write about that issue or ever heard about it but that's what happens.I'm wearing that new "Barefoot" sneaker. Perhaps the heel is lower than others sneakers, I don't know.But that's my experience.Was really hoping for a winner here.

I recently purchased a pair of Hoka sneakers that I really like, but they did not feel like they had enough arch support. I have previously ordered higher end insoles, but really did not want to spend another $60 after spending $150 on the Hokas. I saw that these had good reviews , some comparing them positively to the higher end brands. I ordered the same shoe size as my Hokas and they fit in perfectly. They are very comfortable, provide the arch support I needed, and stay in place well. Glad I found them and will continue buying this brand for other shoes in the future!

I ordered a different brand and wore them after foot and ankle surgery. They worked well, but these were a little cheaper and they wear well. I have ordered more 4 or 5 times. I can't wear most shoes without these inserts and the price is good. From time to time the price is reduced, so I watch for that.

I have bought several pairs of these shoe inserts. They are comfortable. They are not soft and cushiony. I prefer that the inserts are stiffer. It seems to give my feet very good support.
