Atkins Gluten Free Protein-Rich Shake, Strawberry, 11 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 15)

Probably one of Atkins' more ambitious flavors, but it delivers. I primarily use Atkins shakes for the high protein and meal replacement value, but this has the added value of caffeine. I couldn't how many mg's od caffeine that the drink contains, but it is enough to start my day and not so high that it will keep me up if I have one midday. Obviously, purchasing as a subscription makes it affordable. BTW, for me, 4 stars is an excellent rating as the quality and consistency is so much better than the competition,

These shakes are probably the best flavored and textured (ew, but iykyk) protein shakes/meal replacement shakes out there. I’m not a breakfast person and was a gym rat in a former life, so I’ve tried MANY protein shakes and powder mixes. If you need higher protein, get Premier Protein at COSTCO. Otherwise, these are a great option and a good price.

This version of Chai genuinely surprised me. It tastes noticeably better than the regular blend—creamier, smoother, and with a richer, more authentic Chai flavor that really stands out. The spices feel more balanced, and the overall taste has a depth the original just doesn’t match. I’m honestly surprised it isn’t more popular, because it delivers a better Chai taste without being overly sweet or heavy. My wife is a serious Chai fan, so her approval gives this some real street cred. If you enjoy Chai and want something that feels closer to a café-style cup, this one is absolutely worth trying.

This flavor is one of the two tied as my favorites! This and the cafe caramel are both amazing!! I drink 5 dozen of these per month. I’ve lost most of the weight I’d really needed to lose, and I’m keeping it off, with no bouncing up and down on the scale!

I love these shakes so much, I have them on auto ship! The taste is amazing and the texture/thickness is perfect for my liking. The protein content is high in comparison to the calories.
