When researching what machine to get everything I heard about SmartStitch was a great machine for a great price but what sealed the deal for me was what I heard about the customer service. I knew I was going to need support being completely new to embroidery so when I heard the reviews of the helpful and quick customer service for support with the machine and any issues that may come up I knew SmartStitch was what I needed. I received my machine and within 24 hrs was added to the Facebook group and then was set up with my own personal support team. I can message this team with questions or excitement of my new beautiful completed projects. My trainers have been wonderful, calm, patient, attentive, and quick to respond , all the things I wanted and need when starting on this new journey. We had a training call with a delightful trainer, she was on the other side of the country than us but she was so kind, and happy to help and had such passion for embroidery and the SmartStitch machine. She never rushed us and gave us plenty of time to learn and try try again when learning the basics. After getting a few small test projects done her support continues into emotional support and encouragement with kind words and excitement for our journey. @Becky Tony Bowman , @Zoey Zoe , @Flora Hunb have been wonderful and we are so grateful to know that we have them on our team as we move forward. The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent machine! I received exceptional customer service and training while I got used to my new machine. When I need technical support, I usually have an answer to my question immediately.These machines are study and well built. The computer screen is large and adjustable so that glare can be reduced. I love that it has 15 needles, for fewer color changes.I am overall very happy with this purchase.

Customer service has been top notch. It's easy to get intimidated by all the buttons and gadgets but with practice, I promise it does get easier to use. I've had a single needle for over 4 years and never thought I'd need anything more. But when hubby suggests a multi-needle, I was happy to try it! I only wish I would've gotten it sooner! The block in my picture only took a little over an hour. On my single needle it would've taken at least 3 hours. When you get your machine, join the facebook group, watch a bunch of you tube videos and Flora will set you up with a trainer. Even though the English in the videos isn't always correct, they are still pretty easy to follow. There are other videos from other individuals also. So far, everything has been working great and everyone has been very helpful. It's quieter than my single needle. The stand makes it easy to move around if needed. Very heavy machine, so you'll need at least 2 strong guys to move it once unpacked. Enjoy it!!! PS. shipping is from a 3rd party, so there probably isn't a 2 day option LOL Mine came in a full semi about 2 weeks after I ordered it.

Love this machine. The training was amazing and my trainer still keep in contact with me in case I have questions. Very affordable… it comes with extra parts in case something breaks. I so love this machine.

I kept going back and forth about dropping $6,000 on a machine from China when I’ve never embroidered before, but I sew all the time and I really, really wanted to step up my game. This may be overkill for some, but what’s the point of buying some machine with a small frame size? I wanted to go for the gusto. It embroiders like a dream and comes with training and a Facebook group and lots of support. The training is critical and it takes about 3 hours, but after that, you’re off and running. Worth every penny!!

SmartStitch is a great machine. I was able to use it right after I completed my training and I’ve made several things with it. The technical support is excellent. I get a response in a timely manner. My trainer Becky was fantastic, she made sure all my questions were answered and still answers when I have other questions.

First time embroidering and it's been amazing. Wanted to add options to my current business and jumped right in. The training group and support has been top notch and the facebook group offers so much support as well. If you're on the fence don't be - get a Smartstitch!
