Comfortable
These work exactly as they’re supposed to. Really great for hanging knee tucks and straight-leg hanging raises. Very comfortable, which puts all the emphasis on the abs.

In my experience, not a bad idea, but of little help, not quite easy to use, therefore, it wasn't a good investment in my view.

Stichting just fell apart whilst i was hanging in the straps. Hard landing was not pleased.
