Small neat easy to handle
I bought this as a replacement for an ancient Kindle. It has a reading mode which makes screen go grey but I still need to set it to low brightness. Heavier than kindle so I have added a strap of velcro across back of it to slip over my hand . Touch screen is not as sensitive as I would like but still pretty good. Pleased with it overall.

Poor Quality, Damaged on unpacking
Screen isn't bonded well to the body (see air pockets).Memory card slot is fiddly to get the memory card to click into place.Overall disappointed as it feels like I've bought a second hand tablet.

Tablet stuck in boot loop
Tablet worked OK for 6 months and then started freezing. Booting into recovery and factory reset worked a couple of times and then made no difference. Every time you power up it's stuck in a boot loop (ie doesn't get past the Blackview logo). I tried to flash with factory firmware but despite loading the correct drivers the flashing app (ie Rockchip Batch Tool) doesn't recognise tablet. I have now given up and chucked the tablet in the bin !!!!!!

Excellent Response when unfortunately I required a refunding
I bought the tablet, but then within a couple of weeks it wouldn’t charge. Jessie responded really promptly and provided great support to get a refund. Things do occasionally not work as expected and it was excellent the quick response and approach I got when it happened.Up until the point the device wouldn’t charge - I had no issues with the iPad and thought it was really good value.
