Keeping fingers crossed with positive expectations
Saw some negative reviews and was initially skeptical. But i was desperate to try anything as i was not getting sleep for months together. Now i have been taking this medicine for the last 5 days morning on empty stomach and night half an hour before going to bed. I find there are subtle changes happening in the quality of my sleep. I am aware that ayurvedic medicines treat the root cause and hence cure will take time and will not happen in 2 or 3 days. But however i find this medicine is effective as i observe qualitative changes in my sleep pattern. I am sure there will be quantitative changes in 15 to 20 days or so. Will review after a month. Yes its not pleasant to drink as it has no sugar or added sweeteners. In a way its good for me as i am diabetic.

I started taking it, and around the 15-day mark, I could seriously feel the difference. I was falling asleep faster, staying asleep, and waking up feeling like I actually slept. No grogginess, just natural, solid rest. It’s been such a game changer for me. Honestly didn’t expect it to work this well, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. If you’re struggling with sleep, totally worth trying!
