I especially use it for them when they’re not feeling well as it helps them go to sleep and sleep through the night. Everyone supposed to be a little magnesium deficient, the strawberry flavor taste great, I keep rebuying this product

I was pleasantly surprised to like this liquid magnesium as much as I do. It says to store in the fridge, so make sure to do that to extend the life of your magnesium. I have been taking supplements of magnesium but do know if I can take it sublingually my body can absorb it faster and better. I take this magnesium at night before bed and during the day if I am feeling I need to. So far it is helping and I like the quality and taste, plus the price is really good.

I don’t have a lot of sugar, and when I do it’s only natural unprocessed sugars. This hit those taste buds and woke them right up.
