NVX XLOC24X 2 inputs / 4 outputs High Voltage Active Line Output Converter with Impedance Matching and Remote Level Control

Received the unit and had to ger another. The converter works perfectly but no bass Knob as included with the package. Reached out to Amazon customer service and sent me another in no time flat. But guess what no bass Knob. So hopefully they have it correct by now and i don't have to spend another $50.00 bucks on bass Knobs but it happens.

Does what it's supposed to do. You need to wire its remote input to 12V for the unit to turn on, aside from powering the unit up with 12V. I can understand the logic of that design, but it wasn't documented. Wasted some time chasing down that detail.Other than that, it worked as expected.

Customer service isn't that great, item not as described, not very helpful at fixing the issue. Would look else where for a better company and product.

So the only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because of the inconsistencies with NVX. The product’s pictures that are represented tend to not be accurate. On this model, XLOC24 you can pull power from either the remote or the 12v. I was scratching my head for a while wondering how it was on without a 12v lead. Also, although shown in the picture there is no notch to manage them so it’s dealer’s choice. Second is that no I did not receive a bass knob, some individuals did, however that’s easily dismissible.Now the actual product does work well as intended. It produces a high enough gauge to manage a proper frequency output, and the ground iso does work well. The only thing that does concern is that I wasn’t actually able to get a “clip” off of the device for a proper tune, but that’s fine. All in all not a shabby little LOC.

I bought this to put a system in my wife's new car. With today's vehicles the factory radios are very nice and have a lot of features that are user friendly. NO sence in using an after market radio with the easy to install LOC from NVX. Worked great for my application and have recommended this to others.
