Hope these last longer than first purchase!
This is my second time purchasing these. I re-purchasing because one of them just stopped working--didn't pump or foam anymore. It's a better deal to purchase the two and I'll have one in the waiting should the other original purchase one stops working.

Don’t Use Gel Soaps — Remember to add Olive Oil
I purchased this pair of clear square-sided heavy soap dispensers with silver pumps in Nov 2020. Now it’s July 2021 and our two-person household is replacing the soap for the first time. In other words — what a savings in soap! The pump works great.I made the mistake of trying to refill the dispenser with a gel soap (Mrs. Meyers) instead of a liquid soap like Dr. Bronner’s. The pump did not dispense a foamed soap. I replaced it with Dr. Bronner’s soap again, added the suggested few drops of olive oil and it’s good as new again. Sigh. Before I read in another product’s description about NOT using gel soaps, I thought the issue might be a poor pump mechanism as so many have complained about, but it turned out to just be an issue with the wrong kind of soap.BTW, I was unable to find any other 40/410mm fitting pumps to replace the pumps for this set, except possibly the one another user found — which is ugly white plastic. Hope these pumps last awhile longer. I gave the second dispenser to my partner’s daughter, and she loves it — still going strong 9 months later, as it should be.

All soap dispensers are not created equal.
They suck. Don’t waste your money. I kept trying to give them a chance to like them and held onto them too long so now I can’t return them. The pump gets stuck down. Annoying.

Meh
Two stars because I love the glass bottle, however, the pumps are just like every other foaming soap pump I’ve had and stop working correctly within a few months. Frustrating.

The Pump Will Stop Working
The glass bottle part looks great and it's a pleasing design, however, the pump will stop working after a few months. When you push it down it won't pop back up without manual intervention. I'm not sure sure why. I tried opening the bottle to see if it was a suction issue but that didn't help. It's a pity because it's a nice design but it's not built to last. This seems to be a common complaint in the reviews so buyer beware.

Use distilled water to dilute soap
Works great and yes, it's big but I like that. I don't have to refill as often. I make my own foaming soap and you always dilute with distilled water. Tap water has too much minerals in them that can build up over time in the coil of the foaming pump. Rinsing it out won't work because the mineral is stuck to the coil and the pump will not function. So for everyone having issues with their pump, buy a new one and use only distilled water to dilute your soap. Another thing I notice when I dilute my soap, if the foam coming out isn't foamy enough to my liking, I dilute with more distilled water. It's all about the consistency of the soap and again, use distilled water.
