Q: Is this the genuine winco product. supplier gifts plaza of newark, nj sent me an off brand.

Don't know but every winco i have used is a cheap flimsy inferior product. Ultra thin metal with a huge gap between scoop and extractor. So crappy that they refunded price and said keep it because return cost is more than the product’s value.

Q: this scoop claims to be a #12 which has 2.5" diameter but specs say 1.5". Which is it?
