The media could not be loaded. Ive been using this for a few days now and liking this compared to my last headset. It is comfortable, it doesn't hurt my ears even if i use it for an extended time. The sounds are nice and it does block a lot of unnecessary noise from the background. It fits me just fine and connects to my laptop easily. I used this on my phone as well, connected without a problem but the leds will not work unless the usb is also plugged in. But for gaming on my laptop or ps4 it worked flawlessly
