Exactly what I needed
My bedroom ceiling fan quit working. Then I tried the light button and it did not come on either. So it was either the remote and unit or the entire fan needed replaced. I got my electric screwdriver and took off the blades. The power was off and I got the old unit out and installed this new unit. It installed pretty quickly. It fixed the problem. I now have my adjustable fan working and my light dimmer switch. This saved me over $300 from getting a replacement for my fan and light kit. I am very pleased with this.
