I ordered this and the unit I received would only charge to 75%. Returned it for a replacement, which doesn’t charge at all. This unit was highly reviewed by NYT Wirecutter but doesn’t work at all.

Really great battery life provided with the 10,000mah here. I love the size and overall profile of this, its pretty combat for the capacity. Wish the USB C provided more faster protocol, but I appreciate the 2 port, one C, one A for more versatile use

I ran a few items with this for testing, and they held up very well. The battery life was great!As a final test, I powered off my PS5 controller when it was flashing 1 bar. This pack charged it completely in about 90 mins. Not bad at all! (C- to C-)This pack also has an A- (which is what I used to power things like: RaspberryPi, etc.)The C- is in/out: this pack charges with C- IN and uses the same C- as an OUT to your devices. That was a nice unexpected surprise.I have not yet tested to see if this device can dual-out (A- and C-) at the same time, but I plan to soon.

This is a pretty solid charger. It takes a bit to get the charger to capacity but it charges my iphone fast. The powerbank itself is compact, moderate weight, and didn't get hot while charging. There's a dot display that tells you how much charge the unit has and a blue dot to signify fast charging. My iphone gained 20% juice in about 10 minutes. Overall, this is nice. I like how compact it is and it feels like a solid unit.Of note: I used the USB-C port for both charging the unit and the iphone.
