I consider these combined changes to be as essential as the oncology treatment I am receiving and feel they have made a huge difference to my quality of life - most days I no longer need to take any ibuprofen at all. I do not usually write product reviews but feel that it is only appropriate that i do in this case. I tried this product as it was recommended to me by a friend. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. I started taking the supplements (2 capsules daily) and was surprised by the results. I had suffered from pain in my left shoulder which this had been prevalent for approx. 6 months and had resulted in limited movement in my arm- I had difficulty in raising my arm above shoulder height and it was very painful. My friend who recommended the product was unaware of this pre-existing condition. After approx. 5 days of taking the supplements I had full 360 movement in my shoulder and could move my arm above my head without pain. I have been using this product nearly 3 months now and i enjoy a full range of pain free movement in my shoulder. One can only wonder at what hidden benefits are occurring. I ordered the Omax 3 for my husband. I have noticed that he has more energy. He is 50yrs old and was starting to act and look like a 50 yr old. He owns his own company and it is a demanding job. Now when he gets home from work he is starting to do things around the house like he used too.
