I just finished trying all five flavors in the variety pack, and I have to say I'm genuinely impressed. Before writing this review, I wanted to see what others were experiencing, and I was surprised to find quite a few low ratings. Since my experience was so positive, I dug deeper into those one and two-star reviews to see if I missed something. Most of the negative feedback focused on taste, describing it as awful – which honestly doesn't match my experience at all. What I found interesting is that the majority of these poor reviews are from 2024, while the recent five-star reviews align much more closely with what I experienced. This makes me think the company may have reformulated based on customer feedback, which would explain the discrepancy. My Experience: Quality & Mixability: This really does feel like a premium product. The powder dissolves completely and smoothly – no clumps or floating bits that you get with cheaper alternatives. Following the directions (one packet in 8oz water), it took about 60 seconds of occasional shaking to fully dissolve into a smooth, cloudy drink. Ingredients: I appreciate that they've kept the ingredient list clean without a bunch of artificial fillers and questionable additives that you see in many energy drinks. No artificial colors, which explains why the drinks have a more natural, cloudy appearance rather than those bright neon colors you get with cheaper alternatives. The sweetness comes from natural sweeteners rather than being loaded with sugar, which I prefer since it doesn't cause that sugar crash later and fits into my no sugar/low carb lifestyle. Functionality: This works exactly as advertised as a convenient energy solution. The single-serve packets are perfect for travel or keeping in your gym bag, it's also much more convenient than carrying around bulky energy drinks or trying to measure out powder from a large container. Taste: The flavors are bold, sweet, and actually taste like the fruits they're supposed to represent. My favorite is a tossup between the Mango and the Coconut. I've tried plenty of other powdered drinks that have that artificial, chemical aftertaste, but these don't have that issue at all. Energy Effects: I'm someone who typically crashes around midnight, but I had a packet around 8pm while doing late-night work and stayed focused and alert until 3:30am without even realizing how much time had passed. The energy boost felt clean and sustained rather than jittery. Unlike some caffeine products that give you that anxious, wired feeling, this provided steady focus without the unpleasant side effects. Oh and not to mention, I didn't have that coffee breath afterword either. The Bottom Line: My only real complaint is the price point. At $24 for a variety pack ($1.60 per serving), it's definitely on the higher end. I'd be more comfortable around $15 per pack, but I understand you're paying for quality ingredients and packaging. The positives definitely outweigh the cost concern for me – great taste, clean energy, excellent mixability, thoughtful packaging design, and clean ingredients. Based on my testing, this is likely becoming a regular purchase for me.

I’ve always been a big coffee drinker, the kind of person who needed that first cup to feel human. Wake Up Water completely changed that for me. The flavors are clean and refreshing, and the energy boost feels steady instead of jittery. It somehow wakes me up without any of the heaviness that comes from my usual cold brew. What I love most is how easy it’s been to make this part of my morning. I toss a packet into my water bottle, and by the time I’m settled in, I feel hydrated, focused, and way more balanced than I ever did with coffee. It’s become my new go-to, and honestly, it’s a better alternative in every way.

Stevia additive a little too sweet but the flavor comes through with no aftertaste. A little energy boost which is enough. Nice tasting product that is much better than most water enhancers.

Tasty and a good amount of caffeine

This brand was recommended by a physician friend as one he uses personally. I'm sure it would work great, but I did not care for the taste. The artificial sweetener was too strong and not pleasant tasting.
