It's a perfect fit, actually slightly better than the original. I will say it does give off a cheap plastic feel to the fingertips, BUT functionality-wise, everything fits, works, and plugs in as intended. Make sure to watch a video on how to install—it's very easy to mess up.

I have a Dell Latitude 7290 and needed to replace the keyboard. I purchased this keyboard figuring it would be identical to the one I had originally. However, the keys feel quite different, in a way that makes it worse for me. The old keyboard had a much clearer physical click between being pressed down and not being pressed down. This keyboard is more mushy, and I am currently messing up typing some things because of it (for example when typing the same letter twice in a row, sometimes the key won't unpress in between becasue I misjudge how much I have to lift my finger). I'm sure I'll get more used to it over time but this is not ideal. The keyboard does work though. And it is the correct keyboard to fit into the laptop. I think the keys are slightly less tall than the original, though it is hard to tell.

Changing it is a little difficult, but it works fine.

The Keyboard fit perfectly and took minutes to install. So far it works as expect with no issues. all keys a re functional and adapts well with the computer. Item deliver was also as expected overall a great experience!

I wasn't sure what to expect but it works great. The Illumination options showed up in the bios after I swapped the old non backlit board out and Linux has the needed sys/class device to control it. Also the letters are lit up it's not just light under the keys. Exactly what i hoped it would be. Very happy.

it lasted for 6 months, then the keys started to breakdown. Some keys started to behave oddly. E.g. pressing the key A will produce Q, pressing Q produces 1.
