This really helped our constantly begging, overweight cat to stop bothering us every time we walked into the kitchen, and to lose some weight. We have it set to dole out one serving (about a tablespoon) 6 times a day. That is what works for us but you can set it as frequently as you like. Our cat took to it immediately and now can tell the time of day by it. She really did lose a couple pounds too and our vet was happy about that (16 lbs to 14 lbs in about 6 months). It’s so easy to use and keep clean. It also has a battery backup in case of a power outage. I only have to fill it once a month and there’s no way your cat will figure out how do remove the lid and gorge herself.

the live camera won't connect anymore (and it's not a wifi issue because i've tried it at two different houses w/ different wifi). and the machine doesn't go off at the correct set times. I have it set to go off at 7 am, and 7 pm and it goes off at 4am. and it doesn't tell me when it's out of food. it's difficult to clean and difficult to piece it back together. I wish I didn't buy this and got another different brand. it's been less than a year.

I needed a 5th cat feeder since i have 5 cats, and i have the two bowl feder from the same manfactuer. I feed them all at the same time because one of my cats is a bit more shy / less competeive. When i set the alarm for the same time so that my other cats dont eat from her bowl, the timing is a little off!!!If they are both set at 5pm, this product wll dispense first! at like 4:58 even though in the app i have it at 5. just had to a little bit of adjusting. We will see. Nice that it is all on the same app though to control.

I just got this yesterday and have it set up. Easy set up and immediately was able to watch it in action. Video isn’t solid but honestly…it gets the job done. The unit isn’t bulky so I appreciate that. I feel that when I am away..this will allow me to monitor the needs of my cat. Priced fair. I have seen units for 2-3 times the cost. I don’t think those would be worth the price difference. Super happy but again…I am less than 24hrs in.

Low capacity compared to previous automatic feeders we had.Video streaming not too good even having WiFi router close to it , poor resolution, night vision very poor as well.Will not buy this product again.

The media could not be loaded. Initially, I was apprehensive to purchase this cat feeder because the ad doesn’t state it supports Alexa or Google Assistant. I asked the seller and he also confirmed it doesn’t support Alexa, which I thought was very strange because this pet feeder uses the Smart Life App that can link with Alexa and Google Assistant as most of the smart devices in my apartment is linked to Alexa and Google Assistant with Smart Life App. But after browsing through Amazon, I found most pet feeder does not support Alexa and this was the only color and design that intrigued me. So I decided to sacrifice the lack of Alexa and Google capabilities with this pet feeder and purchased it anyways. Once I received the product, I decided to experiment it around to see if there was a way to link it to Alexa and Google Home. And Lord and Be Hold! I was able to link it to Alexa by adding it as a scenery under “Tap-to-Run” in Smart Life App, which then automatically links to Alexa and Google Home app. I can now customize it into a routine with Alexa and Google Home by and use voice command to dispense the pet feeder and set additional schedule feed time with the routine. You can also use it with Siri by selecting the option at the bottom right corner of the scene page in the Smart Life app. , there an option to select at the bottom right corner of the page. I am now extremely happy and satisfied with this pet feeder as now I can use it with Alexa, Google Home, and Siri! My only complaint is that there app only allows to schedule a max of 10 feeds and camera doesn’t capture the entire bowl.
