They should let it sit and get crispy crunchy
I like the taste of multani already. However I like it crunchy crispy like with a snap. Im going to buy more and put it in a paper bag and forget about it for a few months and see what happens. But its good earthy savory(not salty to me) really great taste. They should just maybe bake it and let it sit out some more or just let it air dry and get crispy.
