I normally do not do reviews - but this product was great! Recently traveled with the intent to steam my daughter's bridesmaid dress...The next thing I know the entire wedding party is using on dresses and tux, plus more! It was a miracle electronic that was very versatile for many articles of clothing, as well as time efficient in the heating of the water to steam. It also packed great in my suitcase - Heavy, but worth it!

I bought this for a long vacation and was only going to use it for travel. But it’s so easy to use and works so fast. I bought a second one just to keep at home to replace my bigger steamer. This exceeded all expectations

Would be a 5 star BUT there is no on/ off button. Or no pause. And be careful when putting down does not sit quite right. But it is a good streamer

This product me appear to be a little more expensive than others but I do believe you get what you pay for. This is one of the best garment steamer’s I’ve ever used in very easy for use.

I really like this steamer, but shaving off a star because i wished there was a hook that came with to hang it up while your steaming. There's a tuny rubber mat that comes with to lay the head on when in use or for cooling done after but you really have to angle it and make sure it's on there because the head piece is so wide/heavy. Good steamer for my first one. Kind of wished I had gloves to wear because when I'm holding clothes taught, I almost always burn my fingers because I'm trying to get the edges. When that happens I use it like an iron and place directly on the clothing to smooth out. It takes a bit to get your clothes taught while on hangers...maybe I need to watch a tutorial.2nd star off is because after 2 or 3 uses the first water pump cracked. And I didn't do anything with it to cause it. Seriously, I'm still not sure how it happened and so now I only have 1 precious pump left. So be careful as apparently they are fragile!

I always have to take a steamer with me when I travel because I despise wrinkly clothes. This is a good size for travel and take up little room in my luggage due to the shape. Great at getting the wrinkles out and it’s easy to use.

I always iron my clothes. I work in a professional setting and how I look matters to patients and to my staff. There are many different types of irons and steamers anyone can buy. But one thing you learn rather quickly is the more powerful the wattage, the faster it works. And even if you only steam/iron once a week, getting it done quickly matters. Especially if you have a family.This handy little steamer was a question mark for me. I recently went to Europe with my wife and was loaned a similar model to this at a nice resort hotel. After using it, I realized how much faster it is than my ones back home. Soon as I got back I went on the hunt for a similar one and eventually found this model.I like it. It’s able to steam upright or transform into a flat iron. It has low and turbo mode. I found myself using turbo the most. There are two water canisters for steam provided, and I found I go through these rather quickly so I am glad there are two. Very easy to swap out.Works best on herringbone. Easy to use on silk, but I did find that for silk it doesn’t get all the wrinkles out the way I would have liked. But it still did a good job.Overall, I think this will be replacing my existing iron.
