Even if you don't get your sticky rice perfect, this works like a charm. It's helpful when you are making goodies with your 3-year-old. It's easy to use, works exactly like it said it would, very easy to clean with no staining, and oil doesn't stick to it like most plastic or this style tools. It really does make snack time fun with kids. I also appreciate the versatility with these items, it can be used for so much more than just sushi style food. The appearance was exactly like the description!

Cute little set made with meh quality. The rice ball maker doesn’t really clause properly but if you do get it close it makes rice balls no problem. The other shapes/presses work how they are supposed to and I have used the spam cutter for mushrooms too. Overall great for what you pay.

The molds work wonderfully to make all kinds of different rice dishes. Mainly wanted the rectangle to make musubi, but as someone who used to make onigiri by hand, the mold has been a game changer by making quick work of the process and making everything so much more uniform and adorable! Well worth the money spent.

I used to use the empty Spam can for making my rice the perfect size and shape. With this set, the rice goes into and comes out of the mold very easily. The spam slicer is super handy too and gets all the spices to the same size as well

This is a nice beginner sushi set. The donut one is my favorite. It won’t last much and is very flemzy but for the price it gets five stars

Love this! No more rice on the floor.! Toddler just eats these up!Was a few practice rounds. Hot rice works best and the rice ball maker to have a bit of butter lined in it. Added salmon to these, will sneak some veggies next time.

So far, only have used the rectange musubi mold, the pink triange onigiri mold, and the mini rice ball maker. My usage of those have already made this purchase worth it! So easy to make spam musubi or onigiri now! My little one loves the mini rice balls too!

The presses work well but they are very small. They are perfect for my three-year-olds lunches

This is a sturdy little plastic set of molds for putting sticky, short grain rice into and making shaped rice "balls" with fillings, with the most well-known being onigiri from Japan, samgak kimbap from Korea or spam musubi from Hawaii.The molds are made from somewhat sturdy plastic and didn't deform under the heat of freshly cooked rice. While the hinges are a bit suspect since they're only plastic they've held up to use without any issues, chipping, breaking etc. The paddle and brush are hilariously small but get the job done if you somehow don't have one from your rice cooker. The kit also comes with a "rice shaker" that turns a pinch of rice into a perfectly round ball by shaking it back and forth, which is super cute. I wouldn't use it for a large amount of rice but it can be used to make little decorative pieces or turn leftover bits into snacks. What was really nice is that the molds push the rice into flat bottom/topped shapes so if you're grilling them or pan frying them quickly they'll evenly char without falling apart.I think it's a bit expensive but you are getting a full kit with some extra accessories rather than just a mold or two. If you need those I think that it's a fair price, but if you're looking for just the mold you can find them sold by themselves elsewhere.

This is a really great set. My only complaint is that when using the spam cutter, it'll squish the spam a bit, making the pieces that are cut to be smaller then the mold provided. My work around was just to use the cutting lines provided and use a knife instead and I'll get almost-perfectly cut sizes. A shame it squishes the spam but still a good product.
