Well what can I say .....just received this turbo brush ......after much searching for the right one. I wasn't even certain it would fit my Vax but it does...thank goodness. The model I have is a Vax power 3 PET .Unfortunately, since I bought it, I have not been very happy with the brush head it came with as it's extremely difficult to push as the vax is quite powerful suction wise. So I've ended up with aching shoulders each time I've used it. It was relegated upstairs. Now I'm thrilled... This turbo brush works fine. Easy to push, seems well made and I really really hope it lasts because it's made my life easier. Cheaper to buy online than on the local cleaner spares stall on the local market too ! Easy to fit on to the extension tube ... Just slide on and tighten up the screw on bit. If I can do it anyone can. Just line it up properly or the brush will be at the wrong angle . I've never been as excited about a piece of cleaning equipment before .... Think I should get out more.

It works well for the price, compared to the much more expensive alternatives out there. It fits the standard vacuum hose with a rubber seal that tightens, no loss of suction there.Note that the suction is what turns the rotary bristles, so you will lose some power for that function. Due to this, it needs to pick up speed once the vacuum is on, and if you press too hard it will stop due to friction.If you lift the head from the floor, it sometimes grinds against itself and makes a horrible noise.Otherwise fine, does it’s job well.

I should have bought a device like this years ago - really does brush the carpets well clean and leaves you satisfied of a job well done. More devices like this should have the adjustable hose fitting.

It doesn't work on any carpet (but true it's written it is for floors only.On our laminate it spreads bits everywhere (except to the Hoover)around and don't clean any better than a standard brush. Not worth money.Very hard to clean the brush if you have pets.

I purchased the attachment, and to my surprise, the suction is very good. Yes, it does clean up hair. But from time to time, the string and hair needs to be cleared out of the brush head, for prolonged use. It has an adjustable collar, that can easily attached and detached. Compatible for all make of vacuum cleaners - does the job.

The product doesn't stay on stable, Its supposed to be universal so the top part attaches and can be tightened to any size pole, whilst that is true granted, the rubber on the inside makes the head loosen and slip from the pole no matter how much you tighten the head making the product unusable or only usable for a really short duration and having to tighten again every 30 seconds is not ideal. The brush part of the head is awful, it is barely over line of the surface of the head making the brush part useless. I only went for this product as most the reviews were amazing, I really cannot understand why, I guess the products design was altered or they were paid off to change there reviews. After buying our first home we quickly realised the head on our old Vax hoover was not suitable for LVT (vinyl tiles). I searched the web and came to the conclusion that we would need to buy a Shark vacuum with anti hair wrap technology. I decided to hold off and checked amazon for a replacement head, lots of them came up but the reviews were mixed. Eventually I found this item and took a chance. I am so thankful that I did, not only has it saved me £200 on a Shark vacuum but it's worked above my expectations, in fact I think its better than the original Vax head when new. Would definitely recommend.The slot for your hose is easy to adjust and fits ours perfectly (32mm). The best part about the attachment is how easy it is to clean, if your household is like mine then you might find long hair wrapped around rotating brush. To remove this simple place your thumbs either side of the front guard (frosted plastic section), push the two black buttons on the top in and push outward it will take some force but eventually it will release. Once off you can easily get to the brush and the sides where dust and hair clusters together.Overall a very happy customer.

looks solid, fit the vacuum hose perfectly but no good for picking up dog hair at all
