I love the liquid form the taste isn't bad. It mixes well into water, juice. I use it for pcos. I havent seen much of a change in my hormones yet with this one but I have noticed my sex drive which is usually dry isn't anymore. I also have noticed that I am not as dry down there during sexy time. 😉 which in turn makes sexy time more enjoyable. I will add any additional changes I notices as they come haha. I am also taking several other liquid supplements from this brand. I will write reviews for those as well. I just ordered a second bottle of this. So far I like this brand. I did really like another brand but that is more expensive than this brand for less supplements. My husband has also started to take the adrenal function and ginko biloba and those seem to be working great for him as well. I'm sold I'm sold I'm sold on this brand. No pictures. Will maybe upload some photos of how I take my supplements at a later time.

Experiencing perimenopause, my doctors appointment was a month away ordered these and took them everyday for one month within a week symptoms disappeared. Hot flashes irritability, sweating. Went to the doctor hormone levels where good one month after taking.

Initially I began using this topically with wild yam for hormone balancing, and it did wonders. I immediately saw results after more than a year without menses, it returned. And after 37 years of excruciating periods, had a pain-free period. I kept it up, but my period stopped anyway. I just turned 50, so maybe it’s actually time for menopause, now. Then I read it helps foot fungus and got careless with the dosage. The rough/thick texture of my skin on my effected foot changed to match the softness of my other foot, and the toe with the worst nail started improving, so I kept it going. But now I am dealing with severe hair thinning on the top of my head. It’s not a good look. I could only associate it with Vitex so I looked up side effects and sure enough, it’s fairly common. I’ll stop for now, pray my hair returns, and that the progress I’ve made with my foot remains.
