Skeptical at First, but Couldn't be Happier about the Book/Purchase
At first I was skeptical of this book after reading several reviews saying that it is only full of tired business cliches. However, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised.Although there are certain quotes you may have heard before, Sir Ronald Cohen goes into great detail as to specific applications of his knowledge interwoven with stories that will drive the point home.I read this book cover to cover within 24 hours.I plan to read it again soon as there are plenty of nuggets of wisdom. Some of the concepts are higher level, but I would recommend the book as a must-read for all would-be and current entrepreneurs.

Real business advice, from a real entrepreneur, with real experience
So often you read books on enterprise, start-ups and on business leadership that are written by people who have done well but perhaps basing their writing on a single achievement or success early on in their career. Cohen provides learning based on a breadth and depth of experience that I have seen in few other publications of this nature, and provides it in a way that is relevant to any business today that operates in the real world. In other words, this work goes beyond the hype of contemporary start-ups. Reading it is like having a frank conversation with Cohen in the pub over a few beers.

Excellent and Inspirational: The Rewards of Always Doing Things with Impeccability
What an absolute pleasure it was to read this book by Sir Ronald Cohen. I have highlighted key passages throughout the book. I have notes crammed into the margins. It is a complete treasure trove of gems, insights and witticisms on the way to world class entrepeneurship. Thank you Sir Ronald for sharing the wealth of your experience and knowledge in such a commonsense, readable and practical way.Another great book I would recommend is The Most Important Thing: Uncommon Sense for the Thoughtful Investor (Columbia Business School Publishing)

I now deeply understand the private equity industry!
Although somewhat meandering in places, this was an excellent read overall. Cohen knows his industry very well and hence enterprise in general, and he is passionate in the transference of his modus operandi to the reader.
