I work at the PC all day and suffer constantly from tight neck and shoulders necessitating fortnightly treatments from a deep tissue massage therapist. I wasn't sure this would be effective but after using it a few times I can feel more space in my neck and shoulders.The instructions are confusing so I have used it in the way I think is correct. i.e. magnet side aligned down the back of my neck and top of my spine. The area feels warmer after use and I wonder if the magnets are drawing bloodflow to the site.I have been using it for 5 minutes at the beginning and end of the day and I believe it is helping to relieve tension.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time! Its really good to relieve the neck from alot of looking down. I do it for 10 minutes as it says, but I sometimes wish it could be used for longer. The only downside is that it can be hard to know if you're doing it right in terms of placement. Overall it's a bit like hanging your head off the end of a bed, but less drastic! It definitely helps with neck pain - but ofc not permanently due to lifestyle!

This item is very well made and has a great fine surface texture. It's got magnets and a great curvature, which seems to have helped my neck positioning. It's small and sits flat and does seem to help, and I've noticed the benefits after a week or so. Less pain and neck reset feels good. The design, height and curves are spot on. There's a handy cloth bag that conveniently rolls and tuck into the crevice. I can't say if the magnets work or not, but it all contributed to the good work.I'm very happy with this item and think it represents great value for money.

I was very skeptical about this device, but it does seem to work for me.The included instructions are in my opinion poor and larger clear images of how to use the device would help. You will need to lay on this regularly to see any improvement.Please note that this is not a massager, it's a cervical traction device to stretch the neck.The magnetic nodules seem to help too, but I don't think it's because they are magnetic!

I have neck issues from constantly being i front of office screens.This arrived today, I was sceptical as I normally go to an osteopath, but i followed the instructions and low and behold it actually did it!I can't comment on the magnetic thing, but the nodules absolutely remove tension!Surprisingly impressed!

Ignore the ad about magnetic health healing. All that's bs anyway. The main selling point is the material is a stiffer rubber that worked better for me than other brand's cheaper soft foam.

This actually works which is such a help.
