Why did you choose this product over others?: I'd bought before and was Ok. Last batch weak, heavily diluted, did not work. Will not buy again

I dismantled the U-bend and tipped the water out to make sure it went in neat before pouring in the contents of almost both bottles. Did absolutely nothing after 1/2 hour. The stuff is so weak it has no detectable odor. Didn't even hear a crackle inside the pipes. In the end I poured a little bit on an outside paving stone and, yeah, it did fizz a little so I guess it's not completely inert. Label says "Less than 10%" concentration without being specific. I'll give it an extra star because I know by law they can't sell at higher concentrations.

This product was recommended to me years ago for dealing with heavily limes Alex toilet bowls. I had a particularly bad one to deal with and I didn’t waste any time and bought this again. You have to protect your eyes and airways as you apply it. I basically cover my whole head, eyes and nose, keep my mouth shut, pour it in the bowl and leave the bathroom and close the door. This time I left it overnight, in fact more like three days and when I went back, one flush and the offensive gunk was gone. Don’t throw the toilet away, but use this instead.
