Tastes really good for medicine. I feel better when I take it consistently. Helpful for lung support. You can take it 3 times a day, I just put it under my tongue. I think you’re supposed to mix it with a little water but I put it under my tongue and it works fine for me that way!! Kind of has a tea taste to it.

Works well to clear flem. I also put some in my ear for an ear ache and it relieved the pain almost instantly.

Did you hear me? Obsessed! I purchased the mullein leaf tincture after being sick and struggling to get rid of a phlegmy cough. Like other reviews, I felt a difference the first day! This really helped clear my lungs out and get rid of the heaviness in my chest.I now use it regularly and will never go without it again!Please note: it does have a detox effect, so ease into the dosage for a few days. I started right away at the max dosage and had a few days of feeling yucky due to the detox symptoms.
