Great for burgers
Great. Just as expected. Do your own takeaway burgers. Properly ensures even heat around burger, melts cheese just like a restaurant. Only problem is if you have a frying pan, unless it's huge, you can only do one at a time, but worth the extra few minutes.

Melted cheese
After reading the Beefy Boys book on how they make burgers, I decided to get myself a burger cover. You literally put the cheese on the burger whilst it's cooking, add a dash of water to the pan, close to the burger, then put the burger cover on top. 45 secs or so later take the cover off, and the cheese has melted into the burger. The burgers taste devine.
