Too much fragrance in it, irritates my neck. Doesn't really do anything for my hair. Overpriced.

Impressed after first use (on my menopausal brittle, thin, dry, fine hair! IYKYK!). This is very different to any conditioner I've used before and it washed out leaving no residue which made my hair feel 'naked' after rinsing but..... my hair is soft and shiny - hydrated without being weighted down and on day 3 my scalp/roots aren't greasy (or painful.) This brand is luxury but not glitzy luxe like the other brands I've tried at huge cost without the results I want. Well worth a go. I've known about PK for years, just never tried until now. Have ordered the Swim Cap for my next holiday and am hopeful for hair protection and improved condition.

Great for mature coloured hair

From the first time of using I found this conditioner left my hair feeling beautifully moisturised and stronger !! I use both the shampoo and conditioner. They may seem slightly expensive, but I feel well worth it. I must have spent a fortune buying different makes trying to find something that does the job that this make does !! It leaves my hair ( which is coloured lightest ash blonde ) voluminous and smooth and shiny, instead of soft, fluffy and fly away which is the norm and also gives it weight which is brilliant.! Oooh and it's a great detangler too !! I am really pleased I gave it a try !
