I have low iron and these tablets work great. My iron level has increased and is staying at a good level. Easy to take and they do not cause constipation.

This is yet the best vitamin I have ever taken. Usually when my menstruation comes, I have a very bad headache but since I have taken this vitamin, I no longer had one and I don’t get tired easily. I am so thankful to have found this product.

So in a pinch when financially strapped for cash and I couldn't afford my 30 day supply of thorne iron blood builder I came across these. Same type of iron has the B12 the vitamin c and it also threw in some folate. Works just as good and it's a 6-month supply not a one month supply. It's still just as gentle on my stomach I kind of go back and forth between this and Thorne both work great.

Needed! use blood thinners weakens me. iron enriches it and I feel better.
