The media could not be loaded.  I have recently acquired the Dagway scooter and the truth is that it met my expectations, it even impresses me that it can climb slopes with a 15° incline at a speed of approximately 20 MPH and for me it is impressive because I have a body weight of 265 pounds due to my great height. , on slopes with steeper inclines like 20° or 25° the speed dropped by about 10 MPH but it's still impressive considering my 265 pound weight, The top speed I've managed to hit on flat ground has been about 28 MPH and on slightly sloping downhill terrain it's been 31 MPH...(After 1 year of use I can say that my 5 star rating drops to 4 stars, because in the first months of use the front LED light stopped working and in reality the maximum distance you can reach is 18 miles and not the 56 miles that are advertised, but still good considering that my body weight is 256 pounds and those 18 miles were both on flat terrain and on fairly steep slopes, the speed is somewhat surprising reaching a maximum of 30 approx.and up to 32 Mph on downhill and 18 mph to 25 mph on roads with slight and moderate incline

About 200 miles on the scooter just changed the shocks to after-market shocks and amvery pleased with performance. The Dagway website not very helpful how-ever.... and hope that amazons store will carry replacement parts in the future. Fast Shipping and all was in good condition when productarrived. After having this formidable piece of dogsquat for 1 summer with 400 miles it needed new tires.. new brakes.. and possibly a new battery...@!! Just junk and impossible to changethe 10 inch tires on it without puncturing tubes!!!!! To say the least trying to maintain this piece of junkhas been the NEW NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE !!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER purchase one of these overly expensive pieces of junk SCREW DAGWAY!!!! AMAZON SHOULD NEVER SELL THIS PIECE OF CRAP TO ANYBODY JUST TO SAVE THEM A NIGHTMARE!! Good grief! Now I got to throw this PILE OF JUNKOLAinto the parents garage to have them sit around and complain about it......so bad that I might as well have bought a badly built gun and shot myself with it. First day my tire just blew out I tried to contact this guy's but looks like they don't care. I was so excited to get my dagway scooter and this happened. I know is a great scooter. I fix my tire and I take the scooter for a ride 25 miles in one hour and still 50% battery I'm impressed is a great scooter. Dagway customer service contacted me they are amazing they helped me with all my questions. I have three weeks with my dagway and I have used it for more than 100 miles. I am impressed with how good this scooter is because I weigh 220 pounds and it can go up to 28 mph. I am very satisfied I definitely recommend it 😃😃. thank you very much dagway for your excellent service.

Love the scooter. Does 20+ got about 17 miles out of the first charge. Takes 12and longer to charge at 87watts. Strong and lots of power.Cons is the valve stem. It is pointed out and long. So if you hit a curb lightly you’ll get a flat. Currently looking for an inner tube with a short stem.And after taking it apart I found the valve to not be the problem they gave me a dry rotted innertube lot a little splits is the reason it lost air.I can deal with that hiccup for the price.Had to increase the stars to five stars. My kid was riding it and broke the rear rain cover contacted dagway to find out how to get a replacement part they responded extremely fast and wanted to send the part free of charge which you don’t find that in a lot of companies nowadays. Definitely something to consider doing business with a reputable company like that.

Shipping was quick; scooter was well packaged; setup was easy and could be done by yourself, so long as you can lift the heavy scooter (approx. 65lbs); scooter material and design is very nice quality; I fully charged the battery; went for a ride and the front brake did not engage! ALMOST CRASHED! Luckily I was able to quickly gain control and stop. Needless to say, I am returning the scooter. Dagway support did offer to fix the problem but for $1200 I was quite bothered that it arrived this way and made it passed their quality control. Unfortunately, I purchased (2) of these scooters, one black and one white, and I am having to pay $100 to ship this bad scooter back for a refund. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

First of all beautiful scooter, out of all the scooters on Amazon in this price range this one is the most visually appealing. It reminds me of a classic automobile with the tail light in the back but with a rugged all black exterior look. Customer service is amazing I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of Dagway and he was able to answer any questions I had on his scooter. This is not a cheaply made generic drop shipping scooter he has a team of technicians that are constantly working on improving their dagway scooter and it shows in the quality of the scooter I'm very impressed. I couldn't recommend this scooter more and this company, if you're looking for an E scooter for your daily commute you won't be disappointed.

Initially, was stuck in Cruise Control Mode - per the documentation, I should have been able to CHANGE this, and to be able to turn OFF the Cruise Control Mode, but I couldn't get in to that mode, as the instructions indicated. Seems like something technical support should have been able to help me with - even to reset or reboot the thing - BUT, I couldn't get a response from the seller, or the manufacturer. Amazon technical support tried to help, but THEY couldn't get a response for the seller, or the manufacturer, EITHER. In the days trying to get a response, scooter sitting in the house, after its initial, FAILED test-drive, the rear tire went flat, as many others had reported. Reflective and other trim pieces started to warp and peel off, as it sat, unused, inside the house. Yeah. No. Returned.
