If you are looking for a high-quality desktop with excellent features for professional use, we highly recommend Beelink. It meets all our key requirements, including high RAM, a fast CPU processor, dual monitor support, good CPU speed, small physical size, freedom from unnecessary bundled software, low radiant heat, and a solid physical design. We currently have three different Beelink models in use, and all have been excellent.

Great PC, have enjoyed it since I bought it, works fast especially when gaming. It is very easy to start and the price works for something so small and good in memory. It hardly makes any noise.

I got this Beelink EQR5 Mini PC W11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 5 for my wife to replace a troublesome 5 year old Dell i5 desktop. Setup was effortless and Windows 11 pro is working flawless. She only uses it for email and web surfing so I can't speak to its power capability - I imagine it is overkill for her use but I wanted to make sure it could handle Windows 11 pro. It is dead silent and cool to the touch. I doubt I will buy a tower desktop again, I m amazed by this little thing!

I purchased the Ryzen 7 7735HS with 32GB RAM and 500GB SSD. Overall, this is a good system, however, the description states: "Triple screen 4K@60Hz display output via DP, HDMI and Type-C(USB4, 8K 60Hz) port." The HDMI port works wonderfully. It has a great, high quality picture. The Type-C USB port is great for transmitting data, and for recharging devices. However, it will not display anything on my external monitor. Even worse, the DP port does nothing at all. It does not appear to even be enabled. So the "Triple Screen" device has only 1 working screen.

If you're in the market for a fast, reliable mini computer to support your home security system or any other critical task, do yourself a favor and keep scrolling past this one. I purchased this Bee-Link Mini PC on May 17, 2024, with a very simple goal: run two programs—an antivirus/security suite and a security camera manager—to monitor 12 cameras recording 24/7. That’s it. No gaming, no streaming, no multitasking madness. Just a dedicated machine for safety and surveillance. 🔧 Initial Setup: Smooth but Short-Lived • Setup was straightforward. • Performance was decent for the first couple of months. 💥 Then the Crashes Began • Just two months in, I started getting Blue Screens of Death (BSOD). • At first, it was intermittent. Then it became a full-on crash loop. • No amount of online troubleshooting could fix it. • Bee-Link’s support? Nonexistent when you need it most. • Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and replaced the unit. ⏳ Fast Forward One Year: Déjà Vu • The replacement unit has now failed in the exact same way. • BSOD loop. No recovery. Windows 11 tools fail across the board. • Tried reinstalling Windows—both keeping files and wiping everything. Both failed. • Bee-Link’s support is still a ghost town. No 24/7 help, no live chat, no urgency. 📉 Bottom Line This product has failed me twice, and both times during critical use—protecting my home and family. That’s not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. The lack of reliable support and the repeated hardware failure make it clear: Bee-Link does not prioritize quality or customer care. 🛑 Recommendation: Avoid This Product If you’re looking for a dependable mini PC, keep shopping. There are better options out there with stronger build quality and actual customer support. I won’t be recommending Bee-Link to anyone, and I strongly urge others to look elsewhere. Your safety, time, and money deserve better.

I'm really impressed with this tiny computer and all it can do. I've already migrated all my files from my previous computer and installed most software without a glitch. In the first few days I've noted a great improvement over my previous system. It takes very little desk space to accommodate and despite being able to perceive a bit of the fan noise is really quiet most of the time. I'm looking forward to installing a second drive. As for now it's showing that it's very well made and performs just as expected. I got the 32 GB/1 TB model. Set up with a breeze. It delivers great value for money paid. NF today it's my most powerful computer and I own several of them.

Arrived 1 day late, deduct 0.1 point. (!) Amazon packaging (outer) was ok, Beelink packaging (inner) was very nice. Product works well, runs quite cool, so far. Some confusion on my part- /Beelink spec not the same as /Amazon spec, ie. RAM was LPDDR5 not SO-DIMM DDR5 as I expected - should work as well, maybe even faster, but not upgradeable later. I would have liked to avoid the guarantee fee on currency conversion, I ended up with a poor exchange rate despite that fee.

Good little computer for a little while. I purchased this 8 months ago. Now it will intermittently shut down. It's completely random, but usually I can hear it's struggling with keeping up. I'm not sure how much it would add to the cost to add large fans for cooling. If you're using it for basic items this is a great inexpensive way to go and takes up practically no space

El equipo llegó bien, no he tenido problemas, más allá de que dejó de reconocer el driver del Bluetooth, pero reestableciendo a una actualización anterior el problema se solucionó

Note this is for the B0CHVJ44TZ model (r9,32g). Really powerful R9, lots of memory (some shared with onboard 680m gpu). Very fast, destroys my lenovo flex core i7 with similar memory and name. However, the 680m discreet graphics is meh. Really wasn't purchasing for gaming, so not a deal breaker for me. One major note: I immediately had to reinstall windows 11 pro. The install provided was missing the windows store and many other components. Plus... I'd never trust a 3rd part image. Get the image from MS, creat a usb installer, and install. Note they ise Volume keys, so there may be a small risk in it not reactivation, but I had no issues. It will use the bios key if ypu say you don't have a key. Once that was done its great. I still may mirror the drive.to a new smasun name as the name I the system seems... cheap. But that is more for data protection than speed. The name is fast enough. Loads indesign in seconds including hundreds of assets. It took a minute or two on my old lenovo flex i7. Easily supports 2 4k monitors. Gaming is quite poor with the gpu maxing.out at 1080p on average settings for simple games (nothing flashy). To be expected with the 680m.

Replacement for a mac mini. Great quality and very fast. Bluetooth doesn't work well so have to use a mouse/keyboard with a usb dongle.
